Brian H Wu, DDS

Dr. Brian Wu was raised in Westlake Village, California, and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry. While at UCLA, he joined a dental mission trip to Kunming, China, where his fluency in Mandarin helped bridge communication and build trust with patients—an experience that shaped his passion for connecting with people through dentistry.

After dental school, Dr. Wu completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency through NYU Langone Health in Honolulu, Hawaii. He then practiced general dentistry in Seattle, Washington, before returning to Los Angeles to specialize in endodontics at the University of Southern California, where he earned his Certificate in Endodontics.

Dr. Wu is known for his gentle touch and patient-first approach. Whether you’re feeling nervous about treatment or simply want to understand your options, he takes the time to listen and guide you every step of the way. He stays up to date with the latest techniques and technology to ensure his patients receive the highest quality of care.

He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, a distinction that reflects the highest level of education and commitment in the specialty. Dr. Wu currently serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Clinical Dentistry in the Department of Endodontics at USC. He has also served on committees for the American Association of Endodontists and is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, California Dental Association, and American Dental Association.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and golfing.
